Selected Recent Projects

Central Gas Facility Standby Generator Controls  -   Programming for controls upgrade on standby generator system for BP Central Gas Facility at Prudhoe Bay, Alaska.  Project was executed with Marsh Creek, LLC and consisted of a control system and switchgear replacement for three 3.0 Megawatt diesel locomotive engines.  Pat Rinehart performed ladder logic programming on Allen-Bradley ControlLogix programmable controllers and assisted with on-site commissioning.  BP Central Gas Facility and associated Central Compressor Plant comprise the world's largest gas compressor complex.

Pipe Slotting Machine Control System  -  Provided control system for pipe slotting machines.  Project was executed in concert with Unique Machine and Dowland-Bach Corporation and consisted of control system and control panel design for custom-built automated pipe slotting machines.  Project is currently in the implementation stage, with multiple units slated for production.
